  •  Anthem BC BS (therefore, most BC BS plans),

  • the Behavioral Health Care Program (BHCP),

  • Maine Medical Network (MedNet),

  • TRICARE, and

  • the VA Fee Service Program.   

• That means we now accept more insurance and other third-party payers, so you may owe us only a copay or co-insurance if anything at all. 

• Our FREE Anxiety Support Group has now been meeting every 2nd & 4th Thursday @ 7PM for almost three years.  It's open to any adult (not just our clients) who is struggling with anxiety or an anxiety disorder.   Call (207) 655-2737 for more information and an invitation to attend or just show up.
